Jennings & Barrett Shortlisted for ARMA Managing Agent of the Year in 2023 ACE Awards

The Property Institute announced the shortlist for 2023’s ACE Awards earlier this month. The awards celebrate the UK’s leading residential managing agents and property management staff.

2023 saw the largest volume of entrants to date, with over 110 entries from across the Country.

Jennings & Barrett are amongst six other competitors shortlisted for the Managing Agent of the Year  (1,000 – 5,000 Units).

Joanna Bould, Director of Jennings & Barrett, says:

“We’re proud to be on the shortlist for this award. The team work hard to provide fantastic services for our clients, at a good value – it’s great that our efforts are being recognised by The Property Institute.

We are often appointed to progress major works, where collection of monies or the appointment of a suitable contractor is required and the client team is unable to move these forward. We are happy that our efforts to help these Directors and leaseholders are reflected with this shortlisting.

Being shortlisted for this award is also a result of the work we put into helping our staff members to gain key skills and progress their careers. Regardless of the results of the awards, we retain our commitment to ‘raise the bar on people-first property management’ and to help our young employees’ to build a role in this exciting industry.”

Over the past year, Jennings & Barrett have:

  • Increased our team by 6 members to accommodate client growth
  • Promoted 3 junior admin assistants to management positions
  • Grown their client base to 170+ blocks across London and the South East
  • Relocated their office from Bexley Road, Erith to Vogan’s Wharf, Mill Street in London Bridge.

The team are looking forward to celebrating their shortlisting and recent growth at the awards ceremony on 16th June 2023.
