Following achieving ARMA accreditation in March 2018, Megan Smith has gone on to win the Apprentice of the Year 2018 Award.
At Jennings and Barrett we put considerable efforts into our staff training to ensure that we are maintaining a professional standard of service. As a business we also believe we have a duty to support those communities in which we live and work. Apprenticeships are key to this and we enjoy bringing young people into the industry and supporting them at the start of their career . Our ARMA Accreditation is just one way that we can demonstrate our commitment to delivering a professional Block and Estate management service . We were therefore thrilled when our apprentice , Megan Smith , was recognised as the ARMA Ace Apprentice of the year 2018 ., sponsored by IRPM. This is a fantastic achievement, not just for Megan, but for the whole Block and Estate Management team who have supported her.
Dr Nigel Glen, ARMA CEO, said:
“The winners are a credit to the industry and I know what a hard job the judges had in deciding who should go home with a trophy from so many outstanding entries. The winning firms and team members are setting the standard for companies that wish to be recognised for achieving excellence and best practice in their field.”
