I qualified initially as a Quantity Surveyor from Greenwich University in 2009, previous to which I had been working in the building industry. This experience has given me a very practical knowledge of building construction and faults that has been useful throughout my surveying career. Once I was qualified I began working with Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters, auditing repair work on domestic properties, managing a team of contractors undertaking a variety of building repairs ensuring cost control and quality of workmanship.
Most recently I have been working as a Senior Valuations Surveyor, responsible for commercial large-scale reinstatement costs assessments on a wide variety of buildings including such prestigious structures as The Savoy and The Oval and portfolios for Ibis and Sofitel.
I am excited to be joining Jennings and Barrett as their Consultant Surveyor and the opportunity to work across a full range of commercial and residential developments dealing with all of those projects and leasehold matters that such a portfolio provides.
